Psychodrama Used Books, Journals,
and Reprints (of chapters,
journal articles)
For Sale: From Adam Blatner,
M.D., TEP
Revised May 8, 2011 (New Additions and
subtractions!)
Here
are some used books I've obtained from colleagues who have retired, as
well as copies of a number of hard-to
find journal articles or chapters in otherwise obscure or old books,
Also sometimes I want to offer other monographs, and some old
psychodrama journals. I want to help those who might desire these
resources. Considering current duplicating costs, envelopes, and time
spent in copying, collating, and preparing the packages, the general
rate is about twenty cents a page. Depending on where you are ordering
from, the cost of postage varies. [For overseas mails–the least
expensive rate, additional postage generally costs about $50/20 lb.] To
obtain
some, send me a list (mail to:
adam@blatner.com )of which items you want, selected from the
list
below.
New Note: I also have a number of other papers that
I can make a special duplication for special orders. If you're looking
for something in particular, let me know. Also, I am beginning to
run low and may stop offering these resources, so act now! (If I
run out and need to re-copy, I'll charge more for the time, the cost of
copying, paper, gasoline, etc.)
