Leticia Nieto, M.A., Psy.D.
Recently named Outstanding Faculty of the year at Saint Martin's University, Dr. Leticia Nieto brings an innovative approach to her training and facilitation.  She draws on expressive techniques to involve participants deeply and provides opportunities for them to be open to insight and change. She has successfully brought her skills to higher education and other learning communities, to service providers in helping agencies, to workplace teams, and to many community groups.  Leticia has been a psychotherapist, educator and trainer specializing in cross-cultural communication, motivation, human development, creativity and psychology since 1980. In addition to her degrees in clinical psychology and human development, she is skilled in Action Methods, including Playback Theater and Theater of the Oppressed.  She is a core faculty member in the Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology program at Saint Martin's University in Lacey, WA.                                                                                                            

 
   Katherine Norgard is a psychodramatist in Tucson, Arizona, who writes: "My goal has been to provide affordable psychodrama training so that people working in public agencies and schools can avail themselves of training they can use in their work. Catherine D. Nugent, LCPC, TEP, is a psychotherapist, educator, trainer, and consultant in Laurel, MD. She co-leads a monthly psychodrama training group, as well as periodic psychodrama personal growth retreats and skills-based training workshops. Cathy is a Fellow of the ASGPP, a Past President and current Secretary of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter, ASGPP, and former Chair of the ASGPP Evaluation Committee.

Cathy's areas of special interest and expertise include trauma recovery, spirituality, ethics, and self-care for professionals. For her own self-care, Cathy relies on yoga, meditation, walks in nature, movies, the support of family and friends, and the companionship of her cat, Robinson (aka "Biggie").  .
